Many of our products are made to order, as such we aim to dispatch all within 72 hours from order day*. Once dispatched please allow 48 hours for delivery. Delivery costs are calculated on gross order weight.
For all Qube sets please allow up to 10-12 weeks for manufacturing and delivery. For all interactive panels please allow up to 6 - 7 weeks.
Qube sets are technically a customer-assisted kerbside delivery. Where the set can be easily accessed, our delivery personnel may assist with moving it to the desired location and demonstrating setup in situ. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the Qube can be moved and positioned in their desired location.

We operate a 30-days returns policy from delivery date for all off the shelf products. After the 30 day period we are unable accept a return, or offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the condition as received.
All made-to-order products cannot be returned for any reason other than being faulty or damaged. For faulty or damaged products please contact us with the issue within 24 hours. We’ll cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
