Our Play Ranges

From your initial phone call to handover, we’ve detailed the entire design and build process you’ll have with Play Creations. We always listen, understand and deliver.
Get in Touch
You start by sharing your initial idea or vision for creating a play area in your chosen space. You might already have a specific location in mind or still be in the early conceptual stages. We’re here to offer guidance and support tailored to your project, including advice on budgets, timelines, and practical considerations. We can share sample designs and insights from similar projects we’ve completed in the past.
Consultation & Planning
At this stage, once you’ve chosen a specific space, we focus on creating bespoke design plans and cost estimates. We’ll listen closely to your goals, help clarify your vision, and assist in developing a detailed design brief to ensure the play area meets your needs. If needed, we can also support funding applications through our finance partners.
Design & Planning
Once your project plan is finalised into a design brief, we begin the design process. Using measurements and photos of the space, we create a detailed 2D site plan to optimise equipment flow, staff use, and facilities. This is followed by 3D designs of the play equipment, incorporating branding and artwork if needed, to help you visualise the final results. We refine the design until you’re completely satisfied.
Sign Off & Order
After you approve the play equipment design, you’ll place the order by signing the quotation and any necessary contracts, which outline the agreed terms, pricing, and timelines. If financing is involved, we’ll collaborate with your chosen asset finance team to ensure a smooth and stress-free ordering process.
Specification & Manufacturing
When your order is placed, you can focus on other aspects of the project, such as preparing the space for the play equipment. We conduct a final site survey to confirm measurements and ensure the design fits perfectly. After that, we handle production specifications and ordering. During manufacturing, we keep in touch to ensure timelines are met and to finalise any additional details. You’re also welcome to visit the factory to see your play equipment being built.
Delivery & Install
After your equipment is ready, we coordinate the transport of materials and our install team to the site, ensuring everything is set for the agreed installation start date. We’ll have already worked closely with you to confirm site readiness for a smooth installation process. Beyond providing waste disposal and welfare facilities for the team, there’s little for you to worry about during installation.
Testing, Training & Handover
To give you complete peace of mind, we arrange an independent inspection after installation to ensure everything meets safety standards. We’ll also provide full staff training on inspection routines and maintenance for the play equipment. Finally, we complete a formal handover of the equipment to you.
Support & After Care
Once you’re up and running, we’re always here to provide support and advice on maintaining your play equipment and facility. Whether you’ve opted for an ongoing maintenance package or need occasional assistance, we’re committed to keeping your equipment in excellent condition for years to come, ensuring its longevity and reliability.
