Consultation, design & planing

Once you’ve chosen a space, we focus on creating bespoke design plans and cost estimates. We listen closely to your goals, clarify your vision, and assist in developing a design brief to ensure the play area meets your needs.

Next we begin the design process. Using measurements and photos of the space, we create a detailed 2D site plan to optimize equipment flow, staff use, and facilities. This is followed by 3D designs of the play equipment, incorporating branding and artwork if needed, to help you visualise the final results. We refine the design until you’re completely satisfied.

After you approve the play equipment design, you’ll place the order by signing the quotation and any necessary contracts, which outline the agreed terms, pricing, and timelines.

Hands-off manufacturing, transport & installation

When your order is placed, you can focus on other aspects of the project. We will organise a final survey to confirm measurements to help ensure the equipment fits as designed. After that, we handle production specifications and ordering. During manufacturing, we keep in touch to verify timelines are met and to finalize any additional details.

When your equipment is built, we will coordinate the transport of materials and our install team to the site, ensuring everything is set for the agreed installation start date. We’ll have already worked closely with you to confirm site readiness for a smooth installation process. Beyond providing waste disposal and welfare facilities for the team, there’s little for you to worry about during installation.

From testing to handover

To give you complete peace of mind, we will arrange an independent inspection after installation to ensure everything meets safety standards. We’ll provide full staff training which includes; inspection routines, maintenance for the play equipment and cleaning. Finally, we complete a formal handover of the equipment to you.
