Extreme Play, Jump Play

Andy and Steve already knew the trampoline park industry well, having established their first Energi site in Preston. However, they were unhappy with the product and service they had received from their previous supplier. When they began developing their second site in Carlisle, they approached Play Creations to create a high quality trampoline park designed around their vision.

The 25,000 sq. ft. venue needed to offer more than just a large area of trampolines. The aim was to create an exciting, varied destination where families could climb, jump and compete, while keeping safety and longevity at the heart of the design.

Turning 25,000 sq.ft. into a Trampoline Park

We worked closely with the Energi team to develop a layout that made the most of the space while bringing together several different activity areas. The finished design included a main trampoline zone with tumbling trampolines and vault boxes, a dodgeball arena, interactive game boards and a basketball trampoline.

The design also introduced more challenging activities, including a soft play style Ninja Warriro zone, an airbag with launch platforms with trampoline entry, and foam pits with a battle beam and raised stepping stones.

A planned fire exit route was also incorporated into the layout from the start. The design was approved after just one iteration, allowing the project to move quickly from concept to production.

From Energi’s Design to Installation

Once the design was signed off, our team began manufacturing the equipment ready for installation at the Carlisle site. Each element had to work together as part of one large activity space, from the trampoline zones through to the climbing and Ninja Warrior areas.

Our installation team then brought the design together on site, creating the finished trampoline park ready for Energy to open to the local community. The result was a large, varied activity space built around the original vision for the venue.

A Partnership Beyond the Trampoline Installation

Our work with Energi Carlisle didn't finish when the doors opened. Since the oriignal installation, we've returned to add new features and inspect the trampoline park as part of its
