Redwood Park School

In 2025, Redwood Park School were undergoing a massive redesign when they contacted Play Creations. They were missing an interactive indoor softplay area for the children and were looking for a solution. The Milton Keynes school wanted a complete softplay before the start of the new school year. With a limited timescale, Play Creations did an initial survey of the space to get accurate measurements, our team began the softplay design process. Children ages 4-12 needed to be able to access the equipment, so we made sure to plan for this and design the right softplay equipment.

For the duration of the project, Play Creations worked alongside the main contractors to create the perfect bespoke softplay. The Senior Leadership Team were open to suggestions and gave Play Creations complete control over the softplay design and concept, ensuring that the 350 square foot blueprint needed to be accessible for the wide age range. We decided to maintain Redwood Park's brand colours and implement it into the design of the indoor playground. £28,000 made up the budget for this softplay installation, which Play Creations made sure that the entire design from steel pipes to the individual equipment fit into this budget whilst ensuring the durability, functionality and, safety and standard complaince of the softplay. Maximum play value and longevity were the key structural design points that we wanted to build into each aspect of the softplay.

Our softplay design team planned for features such as the Twin Lane Slide, Softplay Shape Sorter and Log Ramp as these are customer favourites and ensure that the children would enjoy their softplay experience. We wanted to capitalise on the amount of play value that we were able to create, which in turn allowed the children to have an enjoyable softplay experience. Redwood Park School's project was designed to be cost effective and high value for its price. Our expert softplay design team manufactured the complete installation, staying within budget and delivering it efficiently. We designed and manufactured the colourful, bespoke softplay in the UK to meet the needs of the pupils attending Redwood Park School. The senior leadership team at Redwood Park School were amazed at Play Creation's effective manufacturing and installation process which ensured the project sticked to their strict timeframes.

With indoor softplay equipment such as the Swinging Buoy, Twin-Lane slides and Interactive Wall Games, the project was jam-packed with different ways for the children to interact with their environment. In such a small space, there's lots for the children to explore and unwind after their classes. Play Creations has engaging in an ongoing relationship with Redwood Park School, offering them a softplay maintenance scheme that ensures the equipment remains safe and functional. This also helps the softplay's longevity, making it a worthy long-term investment. The softplay design successfully combines engagement and interaction, maximising the value for cost. Including standout features such as the Twin Lane Slide, Swinging Buoy and Hanging Snakes they create a vibrant and captivating softplay area for children to get a unique softplay experience.

The maintenance scheme helps maximise the value for cost and keep the indoor playground in its prime condition for as long as possible. This project showcases Play Creations' ability to manufacture a bespoke indoor playground design which is perfectly manufactured to the size of the room.
