Rushall School - Softplay

In 2024, the senior leadership team at Rushall Primary School approached Play Creations Ltd regarding a softplay project spanning over 4 rooms. They wanted to have a softplay area, 2 sensory rooms and a movement room. The softplay was the main section and was built to fit in the biggest space Rushall had available. As the school was under refurbishment, Play Creations Ltd was liaising with the main contractors to engage with them and ensure a smooth softplay install to blend with the school re-vamp. The deck height of the softplay needed to be taller then usual, as Rushall Primary School wanted to appeal to the broadest age range possible, allowing for those as old as 16 to be able to access the equipment. Manufacturing and installation happened over the school holidays to ensure that it didn't interfere with the children's education. In 750 sq. ft a bright and bold softplay, featuring equipment that promoted interactivity and engagement, was manufactured and installed. This softplay is designed to suit children aged 4 - 16. The softplay budget was £50,000 which covered the cost of the design, manufacturing and installation, alongside the supply of high quality UK sourced materials. The durability, functionality and safety and standard compliance of the softplay equipment are of highest priority to the expert design team at Play Creations Ltd, and they ensure every aspect of the softplay design meets these. This project was no different, from the Dizzy Disk, Zig Zag Balance Beam to the Hanging Snakes, the safety and longevity of the softplay equipment is guaranteed. When implementing these softplay features, Play Creations Ltd ensures to maximise and utilise the space provided to them to fully capitalise on the amount of play value able to be created in every softplay. This not only assures that the children will have an enjoyable softplay experience, but also that the build is cost effective and brings high value for the price. On completion of the installation, manufactured by our expert softplay design team, the senior leadership team at Rushall Primary School were amazed with the final result and thrilled by Play Creations Ltd's ability to utilise the softplay value. With the project staying on schedule and within the budget, it was efficiently delivered and installed. The colourful bespoke softplay was manufactured and designed to be an interactive physical space for the children at Rushall Primary School to enjoy. With tall deck heights, allowing for the older and taller children to also experience this installation, the softplay encourages children of all ages to get the most play value out of the build. With key softplay equipment such as the Cargo Net, Totem Spinner and both Horizontal and Vertical Rollers, the installation brought a variety of different challenges for the children to explore. This creates a unique and fulfilling experience for everyone.
